How Do I Play?
Visit our live competition pages and pick a prize you like. Select how many tickets you want, head to checkout and enter your details. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and your ticket number/s. Wait for the draw to take place.
Where Are My Ticket Numbers?
Once you have entered you will receive your ticket number/s via email. Your ticket number will also be shown in the My Account section of the website along with your order details.
How Is A Winner Chosen?
After a competition's end time has passed, the winner is chosen using a random number generator in the live draw. The live video is available to view. Results are published on our website and social media. Winners are contacted to arrange delivery.
What happens if a draw doesn't sell out?
We go ahead! We will NEVER cancel a draw due to ticket sales. Every prize is guaranteed to be drawn.
