How to make a complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us by email at hello@windkzone.com or use the Contact Us form on our website. Please include your name, order or ticket reference if relevant, and a clear description of your complaint.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 days. If we need more time to investigate, we will keep you updated.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant authority. We will provide details of applicable dispute resolution bodies in our response.
